WiFi Terms of Use

By connecting to the WiFi network in the holiday apartment, you accept the following terms of use:

1. Permission to Use Internet Access via WiFi

The landlord provides an internet connection via WiFi in the holiday property and permits the tenant to share this WiFi access for the duration of their stay. The tenant may not allow third parties to use the WiFi. The landlord does not guarantee the availability, suitability or reliability of the internet connection. Use of file-sharing services (e.g. eMule, BitTorrent) is prohibited.

2. Access Credentials

Login credentials must not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. The tenant undertakes to keep their credentials confidential. The landlord reserves the right to change access codes at any time.

3. Risks of WiFi Use & Liability Limitation

The tenant is advised that the WiFi only provides internet access; no virus protection or firewall is available. Data traffic via WiFi is unencrypted. Use of the WiFi is entirely at the tenant's own risk. The landlord accepts no liability for damage to the tenant's digital devices unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

4. Responsibility & Indemnification

The tenant is solely responsible for all data transmitted and transactions conducted via the WiFi. The tenant undertakes to comply with applicable law, including: not accessing or distributing unlawful content; not infringing copyright; observing child protection regulations; not sending spam or mass messages.

5. Logging & Data Protection

The tenant agrees that WiFi use may be logged for the purpose of tracing potential legal infringements. Log data is deleted after the end of the tenancy, subject to statutory retention obligations. No content of data traffic is stored. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
